Big Story. Small Price. $15 Tickets Available | The Heart Sellers

The Hoffmann Family Foundation is helping make it easier for more members of our community to experience the power of live theatre. Thanks to their support, $15 tickets are available for select performances of The Heart Sellers at the Wells Theatre.

Thanksgiving, 1973. Luna, a recent immigrant from the Philippines, meets Jane, a recent immigrant from South Korea. Neither has celebrated an American Thanksgiving before. Neither wants to spend the evening alone.

What follows is funny, warm, a little awkward, and wonderfully human.

Over one Thanksgiving dinner, the two women talk about home, marriage, America, and what it means to build a life somewhere new. Playwright Lloyd Suh turns a chance encounter between two strangers into a story about friendship, belonging, and finding someone who understands what it feels like to be far from home.

With support from the Hoffmann Family Foundation, we're able to open the doors a little wider and make discovering a new play a lot easier.

Tickets are just $15 for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday performances of The Heart Sellers. Seats are limited and available while supplies last.
