LOST TICKET INSURANCE
If your season tickets are lost or stolen, give our Box Office team a call at 757.627.1234, and they’ll replace them for you.
FREE TICKET EXCHANGE
You can exchange your subscription season seats for another performance of the same production by calling the box office at any time. Seating is based on availability. If you choose a more expensive seating option, upgrade fees may apply.
DONATION OF UNUSED TICKETS
Unable to use your tickets? Return them to our Box Office and receive a tax credit receipt for their full value.
