Join Virginia Stage Company for a free performance by the U.S. Fleet Forces Band Jazz Combo, one of the Navy's premier musical ensembles. From timeless jazz standards to American classics, this talented group brings the energy, artistry, and spirit of live jazz to an intimate setting on our Tazewell Stage.

Established in 1945, the U.S. Fleet Forces Band serves as the musical ambassador for Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces Command. Based in Norfolk, the band performs more than 400 engagements each year, sharing the rich tradition of American music with audiences across the country and around the world.

This special concert is made possible through the National Endowment for the Arts grant, Celebrating the Nation's 250th Birthday with Music from U.S. Military Bands.
