Deposit payments are required to fully reserve your group’s tickets. Deposits are due no later than 4 weeks before the performance date. Final payments are due no later than 2 weeks in advance of the show date.
If this is challenging for your bookkeeping or registrar's office, we can make alternate arrangements. Please note that any alternate arrangements need to be in place by 2 weeks in advance of the performance date.

We realize that the number of students attending may fluctuate as the performance date approaches. All requests to add or subtract tickets after the original contract is issued must be made in writing and no later than one month prior to your scheduled performance. Changes are subject to the approval of the theatre and will not be accepted once final payment is submitted.

Yes, we take payments by credit card or check. Our Box Office can take payments by card. You may contact our Box Office at 757-627-1234.
Checks can be made payable to the Education Department and mailed to our administrative office.

We do not hand out physical tickets for student matinee performances. The group leader should check in with the VSC representative in the lobby upon arriving at the theatre.

Seating is determined by our Education and Front of House staff based on a number of factors. If you have attendees with accessibility needs, please contact our Education Department.

We recommended buses come down Boush Street, and turn onto West Tazewell to avoid tight turns and come straight to East Tazewell (if you're on East Brambleton, you'll turn right onto Boush and if you're coming from Waterside you'll stay on Boush till you turn onto West Tazewell).
Parking passes are available for the large lot at Harrison Opera House (160 W Virginia Beach Blvd) by taking Granby or Boush Street North to cross East Brambleton). Each bus pass will cost $5 and can be added to your invoice. Please see the map attached here for more information.
