Event Details:

The Wells Theatre, Downtown Norfolk
July 25, Saturday, 11am-5pm (setup begins at 9:30am)

  • Indoors, air conditioned;

  • Limited power available. If you require access to an outlet, please let us know ASAP at marketing@vastage.org.

  • Vendors will receive a half-price discount on drinks at the VSC bar.

  • Some vendors will be on the stage and some will be in the lobbies.

  • We will have a photographer attending, and have requested a photo of each vendor space. We will share those images post-event.

  • We may assemble prize baskets for contests and raffles that will be held throughout the day. If you would be interested in donating an item, please let us know at marketing@vastage.org.

Please note:

  • Construction will be happening both downtown and at the Wells this summer. We will provide more detailed information about parking and load-in and load-out as the event gets closer.

  • Vendors will need  a  Norfolk Special Events Permit or a Norfolk Business License. If you don’t already have one, the easiest way to get one is to go to City Hall and the Commissioner of the Revenue’s office. (It took approximately a half hour for me to get one when I went in person.) You can apply online here. You do not have to send it to us, but the City has been more proactive about showing up to events to check. At best, you will be sent home, at worst they will shut the event down.
