Event Details

The Wells Theatre, Downtown Norfolk
November 21, Saturday, 2pm-7pm (setup begins at 11am)

  • Indoors, air conditioned;

  • limited power available. If you require access to an outlet, please let us know ASAP at marketing@vastage.org.

  • Vendors will receive a half-price discount on drinks at the VSC bar.

  • We will have a photographer attending, and have requested a photo of each vendor space. We will share those images post-event.

Please note:

  • You will not be able to drive up to the theater to pack your booth at the end of the event due to the parade. We recommend bringing a cart to transport your materials.

  • Vendors will need a Norfolk Special Events Permit or a Norfolk Business License. If you don’t already have one, the easiest way to get one is to go to City Hall and the Commissioner of the Revenue’s office. (It took approximately a half hour for me to get one when I went in person.) You can apply online here. You do not have to send it to us, but the City has been more proactive about showing up to events to check. At best, you will be sent home, at worst they will shut the event down.
